Please note the Exchange Department has moved. Send all exchanges to our new address: 1620 Central Avenue, Roselle, IL 60172-1602.
In the event that you receive a damaged item, contact Customer Service at
(800) 959-3324 within seven business days of receiving your order. The Customer Service Representative will electronically send you a pre-paid UPS shipping label.
For all other returns and exchanges, please refer to the instructions on the Exchange Form.
Merchandise Certificate Redemption and Customer Returns
The following return options are available to Customers:
When an item is returned that is no longer available, Customers will receive a merchandise Certificate, which can be redeemed online.
Customers will be mailed their merchandise Certificate, and those Customers who provided an e–mail address will also receive a copy via e–mail, allowing Customers to immediately redeem them online.
When a Customer returns an item for the same item or exchanges a ring or bracelet for a different size, we will send the Customer the replacement item. However, if the item is no longer available, we will issue a merchandise Certificate.
Please note: Certificates received for a returned item will expire six months from the date issued. Redeem them right away to avoid losing their value.
Merchandise Certificate Redemption
Customers wishing to redeem a lia sophia merchandise Certificate issued after September 12, 2009 will be able to place their order directly from the corporate Web site or their Advisor's Personal Web site. (Please note: Merchandise Certificates issued prior to September 12, 2009 should be redeemed through an Advisor.)
On the corporate site, Customers can shop with a merchandise Certificate from the Catalog main screen.
On an Advisor's Personal Web Site, Customers can shop with a merchandise Certificate from the Browse Our Jewelry Page.
